A big thank you to Giselle and Mary for a wonderfully relaxing & exhilerating experience during my 3 hour serenity spa package on Wednesday! It was my first visit and it definitely won't be my last! Everything was just wonderful. The students were a credit to their trainers.
Kelly was fabulous. It was my first time having the Indian head massage and she made my first experience awesome. She's very professional and with gentle and soft hands makes it more relaxing.
My husband purchased a Pure Bliss pamper package-3 hour package as my first mother's day gift. This package included a body scrub, massage, facial and mani-pedi. As a first time mum excited about having a relaxing time at a spa or just anyone for that matter, it was not such a relaxing time at all. The therapists were unprofessional and the treatments were definitely not worth the money spent. I wouldn't recommend if you're after an escape worth your money.
I took my best friend for her birthday on one of your assessment days and she had no idea what to expect as it was a surprise. I was extremely satisfied with my treatment and so was my friend until we compared our experiences and found out they weren’t identical and I felt really annoyed at this. There was no hot stones used in the message, no body wrap and no eyebrow tint which were all meant to be included. This contributed to leaving my friend out in the foyer for an hour waiting for me. The professional make up that was optional which I had said if we have time we will but was advised against to my friend because we had just had a facial. Why include it as an option if that’s the case and why not use the hour spare to do it.
I had the facial / body wrap/ foot massage / eyebrow wax Started with the body wrap - it smelt so beautiful which was great but was applied without any form of unity or in a mode to create relaxation. I felt like it was Being applied by a child playing with paint so that was super disappointing. The facial however was amazing and I enjoyed every aspect of it and the therapist explained everything along the way. This is a spa but felt like a high school corridor. I heard conversations about cream and mineral water and lots of other discussions that I should not have heard right outside my door. The supervisor used to come in a couple of times and this time she didn’t so when I was asked to dress I was missing the foot massage and the eyebrow wax.
